What is happening now?
The
main problem which we will be focused on during the project is
unemployment of young people. Now we are preparing the project to
apply, thinking about methods to work with to find out how to react
to such problem, which increases nowadays.
We
are happy to announce that in the project we have partnership with
organisations from Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain and Rumania.

What is it about?
The
situation on the labor market in the Zamość region remains
difficult for us, young people under the age of 30. For us, finding
employment is the most important challenge that we have to face after
completing formal education. We want to be properly prepared for
work, as well as to come out with our own initiative as often as
possible.
Issues
related to the unemployment of our age group (18-25, 25-30 y.o.), which
we want to address, focus on matching qualifications and competences
to the requirements of the labor market.
The
organization of this exchange will help us learn how to react to the
current situation on the labor market and consciously build our
professional career.
Methods:
Integration games, team building, workshops focused on developing
skills important on labour market, study visit, reflection group,
evaluation.
